I am in Costa Rica having a ball on retreat with other health practitioners.  Looked at the brand new retreat center being built here - had a tour by the doctor who is the current director of Omega Retreat Center in Rhinebeck. It is synchronistic because my grandparents used to own the land Omega bought,where I used to go in the fifties and sixties, growing up.  Anyway the director is also in partnership with the current head of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Swiss mann regarding building an international community here in the Nosara beach area.
