For my 60th celebration I'm treating myself to a retreat.  I was invited to Costa Rica by Joshua Rosenthal, director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, along with a small group of supporters who each referred several students to the school.  It's not hard, since I love it so much.

I will enjoy a week right on the beach in Nosara, staying with other holistic counselors with many talents, which we will share with each other.  I look forward to relaxation and renewal to move into a wonderful new stage in my life.
