I'm leaving Tuesday February 3rd for Ecuador with my sister Cameron Kayce who has the courage to explore living in a foreign country where she hopes to have a less stressful, healthy and colorful life.  We will visit places that are healing, restful and full of natural beauty as possible locations to lead retreats.
